                               RESOLUTION NO. 19298
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
                   AGRICULTURE, STATE OF TENNESSEE, RELATIVE TO
                   IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DOWNTOWN STREETSCAPE
                   PROJECT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-
                   THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($23,156.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a contract with the Department of Agriculture, State 
of
       Tennessee, relative to improvements to the Downtown Streetscape
       Project, in an amount not to exceed $23,156.00.
